Company History

Superior Service evolved from a family service business started back in 1960. The owners Scott and Todd Brown worked for their father for many years and in 1980 they started a food service / food retail division.  Some of our major chain customers include:  Yum Brands (KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, A&W and Long John Silver), Panda Express, Costco Wholesale, Chili’s, Claim Jumper, Round Table Pizza, PYLUSD, Newport Costa Mesa Unified School District, Pasadena Unified School District, Fullerton Union School District, ABC School District, Whole Foods Markets and many others.

            Here at Superior Service we pride ourselves on our service technician's knowledge, experience, and professionalism. We have a fleet of late model service vans manned by clean cut courteous uniformed technicians.  We carry a large inventory of OEM replacement parts for the manufactures we represent and Clients we perform service for.

Superior Service represents several manufactures by selling equipment, parts and performing their factory warranty repair including Amana, Bally, Beverage Air, Biro, Delfield, GA Systems, Henny Penny, Hoshizaki, Scotsman, Bunn-O-Matic, Ice-O-Matic, Globe, Traulsen, True and others.

Superior Service can be your one stop maintenance and service provider. We are licensed, bonded and insured to repair Cooking Equipment, Food Machinery, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, Ceramic Tile, Stainless Steel and more.  We provide maintenance agreements, quarterly tune-ups and extended warranties to keep your equipment in tiptop shape.
